Dan De Leau
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. De Leau is the Executive Manager of Corporate Operations for MJM Australia, with overall responsibilities for Internal Operations and Client Services. He joined MJM in 1998 after serving 13 years with the NSW Police Service, where he was involved in the investigation of serious crime including arson, homicide, drug and fraud matters.

Mr. De Leau is also a qualified high school teacher, with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Diploma in Education. Mr. De Leau is also responsible for the performance management of both internal staff and external contractors, maintenance of client relationships and daily operations.

Mr. De Leau’s contribution to MJM has been enormous and the quality of our internal staff and external investigators is due to his diligence and perseverance by only recruiting the best.


John Biddle
Field Investigations
Mr. Biddle joined MJM in 1999 as a factual investigator, moving into a management role in 2001. Mr. Biddle worked for 12 years with the NSW Police Service, where he was involved in the investigation of serious crime including homicide, armed robbery, abduction and drug offences.

Before joining MJM, Mr. Biddle worked for two years as an industrial consultant with a leading recruitment company. As the Executive Manager for Field Investigative Services, Mr. Biddle is responsible for training and development of factual field investigators.


Michael Criston
Surveillance - Technical
Mr. Criston joined MJM in 2000 and is the Executive Manager of Field Surveillance Services. He has direct oversight over all surveillance operations for MJM. Mr. Criston has served with the Australian Defence Force and has over 14 years of surveillance experience at both government and corporate levels.

During his government service, Mr. Criston participated in surveillance operations relating to alleged corruption, narcotics, serious crime and security issues. At MJM, he is responsible for operational and performance management and training associated with MJM’s key corporate, state and federal government clients.
